Anacortes Collects Purchase Award

Seattle artist Matt Sellars in our Focus Gallery was selected for the 2011 Anacortes Collects Purchase Award. This award is an Anacortes Arts Festival purchase that places artwork in a public location of a community partner.
The 2011 Anacortes Collects partner is the Marine Technology Center in Anacortes. The selection is a very large wooden anchor, suspended from the ceiling.
