For the past five years, Phen Huang has led the Foster/White Galleries through an expansion of its two locations in Pioneer Square and Rainier Square. During 2006-2007, she served as the President of the Seattle Art Dealers Association. Huang grew up in Vancouver and graduated from the University of British Columbia. Her interest in the arts began at her family's art business, Bau-Xi Galleries in Vancouver and Toronto. |
