Application Form

We accept Internet applications only. Complete the online application form, which requires a web address with your music samples and publicity information. We are no longer accepting CD's.

Important Dates
  • Application Deadline: April 5, 2012
  • Notification of Acceptance will be emailed by May 3, 2012
  • Festival Dates: August 3, 4, 5 in 2012
Entertainment Category

In the past 4 years we have received over 150 applications each year to perform on our stages. In an effort to better review and evaluate groups, please apply in the specific category that you would like to be considered. Descriptions and pictures of each of the three categories are shown below.

Choose the one that best fits your group:

* Main Stage is 16x20 with a canopy that sets on the stage. It is located on the west side of 3rd St. in front of the beer garden and in close proximity to about 25-30 food vendors. There is a space for dancing. Technical support is provided.

* KPLU Jazz Stage is 12x16 with a canopy. It is located on the east side of 8th Street among booth artisans and a wine garden. Technical support will be provided.

* The Street Performance Area is located on the west side of 7th Street, adjacent to the Youth Activities Area. There is no stage or technical support. Complete the application and submit it to the Festival and you will be notified as to when and where you may perform.
