Reminders and Highlights:
Booth Space “Creep”
All displays must stay within your 10x10 booth space. Do not encroach on aisle-ways, sidewalks, or “leave open” spaces—these are reserved for pedestrians, local business access, and emergency use.
Festival Awards – $2,000 Total
Recognizing excellence among our booth artisans: ($1,000 Best of the Fest & $500 Creativity Award & Fine Art Award)
Winners announced Friday, Aug. 1
Security
Overnight roaming security is provided, but you are responsible for your booth contents. Secure or remove valuables each night. We recommend having a fire extinguisher on hand.
Restrooms
Port-a-potties are located throughout the Festival. A unit for artists is behind the Festival office.
Trash Disposal
Please use the Festival dumpsters for your trash: East side of 3rd & 6th Streets & West side of 9th Street
Coffee Service
Each morning prior to opening, complimentary coffee service will come through the Festival to serve our artisans.
Friday Lunch
Each booth receives one free sack lunch Friday (11am–1pm), On Saturday & Sunday, we’ll deliver water and a snack mid-day.
Booth Sitters
Volunteers will offer 15-minute breaks starting after 11am daily. No sign-up needed—they’ll check in throughout the day. Sitters cannot sell merchandise in your absence.
